So why do they stick a huge swab up your nose, instead of a urine test?

I guess its because of the sample size, convenience, location where the test can take place. Also it goes in the nose and later out the other end.
Imagine the logistics of urine testing road sige, stage fright, facilities etc.
Think about if a stool sample was the preferred method
