So which countries are COVID-19 free? Not a single case reported.
As of August 27 2020, only 12 countries have not confirmed any cases of COVID-19. Many of these countries are in our own neighbourhood.

Except for North Korea, who's reporting is suspect, many of our neighbouring countries are reporting they are COVID free.
