The other great feature of the stihl is the battery can be stored in the machine, but not engaged to power the blades. One client has a young fella who is always around, and if I need to drop the tool to grab something from the van, I can disengage the battery, knowing he can’t start it. It’s one smart feature I never thought of until I had it.
As for appreciative clients, I didn’t really have time on Saturday, but I went to the garden centre to buy potted colour to replace the frost bitten impatiens in a large bowl outside the lounge window, I knew she’d appreciate some fresh colour after so long.
