Im by far a fan boy of Kia's or Hyundais but I know the early models were pretty average at best. Pretty much where Daewoo were when they first set foot on Australian soil. But having driven a few Hyundais and Kia's over the years of late and being in newer ones now, I can say they have come in leaps and bounds since then. Again, the 7yr warranty is a very hard proposition to pass up too now.
