You can be a butcher and use washers to space the caliper outriggers to the existing plate but I went the route of getting BA Wagon/Ute back plates, which are already set for the larger calipers. The 328mm brakes are BF/FG/Territory, you were correct.

You will need to drill holes to fit the BA/BF hoses to the rear but it is easy to do and you will need to be creative with the steel brake lines as they need to be bent a little on the left side.

If it is not a rude question, why are you going the route of the T series fronts? would not the BA/BF/FG/Territory 322mm be ok? they are cheaper buying pads too.
