If you are looking to conceal the tail-light wiring get yourself a plastic panel that were fitted to ZH Fairlanes.
You will have to trim it around the lock bracket area to get it to fit neatly. A pair of tin snips & fine file is all you'll need. You can also drill two holes to secure it to the lower re-inforcements.
For the rear seat cover, 3mm MDF, foam carpet underlay & a can of satin black spray.
