You should have heard the goat that was proposing this, he was on ABC radio this AM. When questioned whether it would be difficult to determine poeples income, his reply was no problem it would be set based on the vehicle's market value. I nearly baffed my Mars bar at that one.
re: The Party changes, if they dont come soon I can see an increase in the publics desire to import automatic weapons.
