I'd say no. It was a complete mess. The only way it could be repaired would be to rebody it and than its no longer a GT is it. He felt better knowing that some one would not be shafted latter down the track. I think he did the right thing. Imagine how you'd feal if you just forked out $$$$$$$$ on a GT thats not a GT. I know how i'd feal.
