If a track or strip were to be built at least then there is no excuse for street racing. I'm not condoning the act of illegal street drags, but if there was a track, then the laws could be stiffer for people who choose to race on public streets because the government has made the effort and given people a safe venue where they can go to race their cars.

There is NEVER an excuse for street racing.. NEVER. Track availability is irrelevant and shouldn't be used as an excuse....
