Is this the one you mean?

I see it has two inputs. As I have the factory camera does that mean that I can use the two coax inputs on the box to put whatever I want in?

I assume the factory cam does not have that type of plug.

So in theory I can have 3 thing to go to the screen.

u can display your factory camera plus another 2 signals as long u use ntsc products.
