Hi,
I have a 94 Laser Liata. It's a 5 sp manual and when I've been driving for a while or its hot weather, I find it really hard to get into most of the gears. 1st gear is horrible, near on impossible sometimes.

Can anyone tell me if they've had similar problems and how they fixed it please.
I'm changing the oil today to see if that makes a difference at all.
