But with run out deals on the outgoing model meaning that the wagon can be had for around $35,000, and the hatch for $38,000 (with leather), they are pretty good value for money. They are only 105KW but 360nm.

Remember come resale time that it doesn't have Stability Control which whilst becoming standard on current models will make it that much harder to sell a non-equipped model in future years.
Beautiful cars though, just one thing to consider.
