My wife drove our 99 AU on a country trip and as she pulled into the carpark of a camp ground, the engine fell off the cross member and damaged the power steering .... Ford denied any liability until I pressured them with threats of going on TV etc , they then paid up for half of the repairs, I should have held out for more.
