Default Anybody know anything about this falcon seen racing around Eastern Creek raceway?

Anybody know anything about this Falcon? I know it's an AU, but asides from that, I know nothing about it. Does anybody recognise it, or can anybody take an educated guess and be able to tell us more information about it?

Oh, and apologies for the quality of the pictures above, they're still frames taken from the video linked above.
